K-3
Aquatic
Safety Program
Each year we provide a K-3 district-wide water safety program. Students are brought to Granby Elementary School to see the aquatic facility and learn important rules and protocols for enjoying water activities. We discuss the dangers associated with water, demonstrate the proper use of life preservers and introduce/review what children should do in an emergency. This standards based program provides vital information regarding life skills and promotes life-long physical fitness.
