Rock Wall: Here the kids worked on the mental, physical and cognitive challenges faced on the rock wall. We started out slow climbing to the top and back down. They then completed the challenge of climbing all the way across finding the route that would work best for them. The kids learned 2 new rock climbing terms.
Beta- advice given about a route to help someone climbing Spraying- advice given when someone did not ask for it Upon challenge completion, they then challenged themselves with color elimination choosing to only use certain colored rocks as they went across. Their next challenge was called point to point as you can see above the children used yard sticks and moved their partners across the wall. Lastly, the kids timed each other to see who in their class was the fastest rock climber. Well done kiddos!

Cargo Net: Here the kids are working on the physical challenge of climbing a cargo net. They race to the top and back down. Some of the kids even started to make it a relay race on their own! Love that they increased their challenge without an adult even telling them to! Awesome job guys!
Rope Climb: I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I was with the way the students cheered for each other. No matter which station the kids were at, they all paused and cheered for their fellow classmates when they saw them getting closer and closer to the top. Beautiful work!
